Thank you for visiting my site —I hope that you have found the posts you have read helpful, encouraging and a useful resource.
If you would like to support what I do, there are three main things you could do.
People only find the blog useful if they read it, and they only read it if they find it! If you have found an article here stimulating (even if you haven’t agreed with everything I have said!) and think others would do so to, then do please pass it on. You could do this by emailing the link to friends and colleagues, posting on Facebook, or tweeting/’X-ing’? a link.
Quite a few of my readers don’t have any hesitation in telling me when I am wrong—which I appreciate, since that creates space for honest discussion. But if you find a post helpful and want to say something positive, feel free to do that too! If you want to do that in private rather than in a public comment, then you can use the Contact page. It is always encouraging to receive these!
In order to be free to write and research, I am not currently in a stipendiary (paid) full-time post, and I therefore rely on donations for this aspect of my work. If you feel able to make a one-off or regular donation, that is greatly appreciated.
