Overview
I am a curious and diligent researcher, who specializes in Chemistry and the Environmental Mechanisms from which it finds expression. My journey in the scientific field has had me meandering through Microbiological studies and Geological formations, Organic Chemistry and the use of Polymers in different industries; such as Water Purification and Atmospheric Emission Reduction, and so much more.
I have worked as an Environmental Impact Assessment Practitioner for more than 5 years, with experience in projects pertaining to Water Use Licenses, Environmental Management Plans, Mining Rights Applications and working as an Environmental Control Officer for various municipal programs such as in Ekurhuleni, City of Johannesburg and Mogale City (to mention a few).
I’m also a Science Communicator, who has had the privilege of delivering interactive and engaging Scientific content around the world. I have written and published a few academic research articles in high impact journals, and been featured on TV and radio across South Africa.
